    • You may request to substitute the mugs with the 11 oz mugs (3-11/16”H x 3”Dia).  There is $1.00 per mug additional price difference for the smaller mugs. You will need to email me specifically with this request as the default mugs in all the products are the 15 oz mugs and I'll bill you separately.

    • Graphics are applied by a dye sublimation heat transfer process. They are a permanent part of the mug or coaster and will not fade or wash off. They are not stickers!
  • Shipping
    • These products are not pre-made and stocked.  Each piece ordered is produced after the order is placed. Every effort will be made to produce and ship your order within 10 business days (2 weeks).  We sill ship earlier whenever possible.
    • Orders are shipped out of Dallas, TX via UPS.
    • The actual UPS shipping charge will be added to your cart depending on which level of service you select when checking out.
